What is Coaching?

There are many definitions, but this one is mine:

Coaching is a future focused conversation to take someone from where they are now to where they want to be. Coaching facilitates timely decision making to maximise potential.

Coaching builds self awareness and confidence and ensures that focus and motivation are maintained. I will provide a safe space which promotes real thought, enabling you to take control and determine your own destiny. I will challenge you, when appropriate, to allow you to question yourself, build true perspective and take decisive action.


Self Awareness

Self awareness is key to recognising where you are now and to plan your route to where you want to be. Looking at yourself to discover your goals and to determine the ways in which you can meet them, is enlightening.


As humans, we need a purpose to our existence. We all struggle to work out what we are supposed to be doing at times. Coaching adds clarity and facilitates real reflection to allow you to make the right decision for you.


Are you capable of more? If we are not growing, we feel stuck. Setting clear goals and plotting the route to achieving them ensures that focus and motivation are maintained. You will reach your potential.
